So I have obviously been “not around” lately. Why? Because my life isn’t all rainbows, glitter, and unicorns right now. And when the sparkle’s gone so is my will to blog. It’s amazing what a lack of glitter can do to a gal. Well this gal is preparing for the donation of her gallbladder… To the freaking garbage can. (side note: Is a gallbladder an organ?) (side side note: What exactly do they do with unwanted body organs?)
That is the creepiest and angriest gallbladder ever. I expect mine to look exactly the same… only with sharp jagged teeth.
With that I have decided to officially close up shop (as opposed to just leaving the space blank with no explanation) for the next 2-3 weeks as I have surgery scheduled for Friday and then a short recovery period.
And who knows… If you are lucky maybe I will bless you with some awesome post surgery, drugged up vlogs.

Oh my word! Personally I picture your gallbladder as one of the those uber sweet goodie goodie girls that we all secretly want to punch.. You know, too sweet for their own good.
And I’m pretty sure they feed all unwanted organs to the zombies that they hide in those hospital basements.. side note: I never go to hospitals that have basements .. side side note: pretty sure they all have basements so now I can never go to a hospital again.
If you get bored sitting on the couch we can video chat on skype!

Oh honey, you will be so glad that you did it. You’ll feel so much better. But we should probably get together for a post surgery celebratory fat free lunch. ;o)
Sorry to hear you need surgery but hopefully it will make you feel all sparkly again! I think your gallbladder might have eaten all your internal sparkle and when he comes out you will replenish what you lost!

No wonder you haven’t been blogging! I went through this a couple of years ago. The surgery is nothing compared to the pain you’ve been going through. I thought I was going to die and was VERY GLAD to get rid of the thing! Hope you have a speedy recovery. We will miss you.
Have you watched Grimm at all? The last episode I watched had an interesting take on what can be done with unwanted (and much wanted) body parts. I think the storyline included the gall bladder specifically. Good luck with the surgery. They can take your body parts, but they can never have your glitter!
